I have often used yuba to form a skin on my vegan turkey. I find I am out of it and do not have the possibility if getting it before Thanksgiving. Wondering if anyone has ever used rice paper sheets (the type for spring rolls) with any success. If so, or if you have an alternative suggestion, I would really appreciate the info.
