depends on the recipe.
If it calls for seaweed shreds,
then use any shredded seaweed.
If the recipe just calls for the
taste of seaweed rather than the
physical bulk of a heap of it,
then Parkelp would definitely
give the dish a seaweed flavor.
If you post the recipe, I can be more specific.
