Hi, Sandy! How's this? --- Almond Cheeze 2 cups nondairy milk (almond, coconut, rice, etc) 1 cup blanched almonds 1 Tbs almond butter or tahini 1/2 cup nutritional yeast 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tbs lemon juice In blender or processor, put almonds. Blend almonds to powder. Add remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly. Put into a saucepan, and bring to boil. Boil, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cool slightly. Use to top pizza, or use as desired. VARIATION: Cashew Cheeze Use cashews instead of almonds. NOTE: For easier blending, soak nuts in water for several hours, then drain well, before making recipe.
