I might have cooked it too long. Used my crockpot and let it cook all day. I didn't know cutting could change the texture which I did do. I will keep all of this in mind the next time. I am thrilled over the recipes you gave me! I told my sister the other day that I wanted to make a turky for Thanksgiving and needed to start looking for a recipe! I will use the one you gave me. I have noticed that some recipes don't use broth but just bake it in the oven. Have you ever tried that method?
