Thank you for the links! I just viewed all 3 and found many recipes between all 3 that I plan to make. I always used a cedar plank and in the outdoor grill but reading these websites I can try other wood and use the oven! That will be good when winter hits! Thank you again Chef Deb for giving me these links!
