Subject:	cedar plank

My husband had cedar planked salmon last night and told me how much he missed it! I use to do this on the grill in my fish days! I was checking around the internet just know for some ideas of using a plank other than for salmon. I am not having any luck. Do you have any recipes or ideas of something I can make on a plank?
