1 & 1/2 cups of egg is a LOT to replace!
I usually recommend against trying to substitute
anything for that much egg. But if you are
willing to experiment, try this:

Mix up about a cupful of Flax Goop (recipe below).
Into this, stir 1 Tbs of cornstarch, and use
this mixture in your recipe.
Adjust liquids in recipe as needed (if it
is too thick, etc).

Flax Meal Egg Substitute (aka "Flax-goop")
2 tsps flax meal (ground flax seeds)
2 Tbs warm water
In a small bowl, mix flax meal and warm water.
Beat until mixture has the consistency of egg.
Strain, if desired.
Equals 1 egg.
NOTE: Golden flax seeds taste milder than other types.
