Dear Deb:
Here is a recipe that I would like to try. Unfortunately, I cannot purchase ener-g, and a family member cannot consume tofu. What can I use to replace the liquid egg substitute?

Festive Raspberry Clafoutis
2 cups frozen raspberries
1-1/2 cups liquid egg substitute
1-1/4 cups milk
1 cup flour
3/4 cups sugar
3 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
icing sugar (optional)
yogurt (optional)
Preheat oven to 350F. Scatter raspberries in a greased 11 inch shallow baking dish
Combine remaining ingredients in a blender and whisk until smooth.
Pour batter evenly over raspberries.
Bake for 40 minutes or until set.
Optional: Dust with icing sugar.
Slice into wedges with a dollop of yogurt.
Makes 12 servings.
