Hi Chef Deb! I am starting to plan Thanksgiving dinner and wondering if I can make a sauce out of sweet potatoes, yams or even pumpkin! I started a new tradition a few years ago where I serve ravioli's at the Thanksgiving Feast too! My family pitches in with the dinner but I started the pasta addition. Have you ever made a sauce from any of these items? Preferably something that I can make low cal. Thanks! Susan
