You can use roasted peanuts to make
peanut milk, just expect a roasted flavor.

If that doesn't bother you, then by all
means, use roasted peanuts.

You can strain the "quick" peanut milk
made from peanut butter if you want to,
but the whole thing will probably go
right through the strainer.
