If you have any concerns about toxins in the peanuts you buy, boil them for 5 minutes, then drain, and continue with the recipe. --- You can use roasted peanuts to make peanut milk, just expect a roasted flavor. If that doesn't bother you, then by all means, use roasted peanuts. --- You can strain the "quick" peanut milk made from peanut butter if you want to, but the whole thing will probably go right through the strainer.
