Yes, peanut milk is great.

Not only is it good to drink, but
it makes a really quick peanut sauce
for noodles, rice, etc.

Peanuts are beans, not nuts, so the
nutritional values are similar to beans.

Peanut Milk

1/2 cup raw peanuts, blanched & skins removed
Almond extract or vanilla extract to taste (optional)
Sweetener to taste (optional)

Soak peanuts in water overnight in fridge.
Drain.
Put peanuts in a blender. Grind finely.
Add water, and blend until solids are pulverized.
Add extract, and sweetener if desired.
Strain through a piece of cheesecloth or a fine strainer. (Use strainings in cereal.)
Chill for several hours.
Shake well before each use.
Keep refrigerated.

Fast Peanut Milk

1/2 cup peanut butter
2 cups water
Almond extract or vanilla extract to taste (optional)
Sweetener to taste (optional)

Put all in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Chill for several hours.
Shake well before each use.
Keep refrigerated.
