I love, love, love TVP! I would like some new recipes to use it in. I make sloppy joes a lot but have to watch the acid in tomatoes. I am allergic to too much acid. Not only am I looking for recipes with TVP but I also wish I could find a sloppy joe recipe that I could put on a bun or eat with crackers that wasn't so heavy on tomatoes. I guess that might be a true sloppy joe!
