Thank you! It is funny, I never was a fan of pepperoni, salami, etc. but it did sound good if I could make a vegan or veggie version just to have something different to snack on when I go on a picnic or backpacking. Both of these recipes sound delicious and easy! I really like the fact that I can wrap parchment paper around the logs first. I do not like to use foil because of the aluminum in it.
