Subject:         Vegan Sausage

Chef Deb, I hope you can help me. Something that I have been tossing around in my mind not knowing what direction to go and I had the brillant idea that I should ask you about this! I have seen recipes over the years for making
vegan sausages using a steamer. I am trying to decide if I should invest in a bamboo steamer. Also the recipes I have seen call for wrapping in foil. I do not use foil. Can I use something else with good results?
