I'm allergic to dairy, eggs and corn. I'm folowing Dr. McDougal's diet and cannot have any oil or fat. If you can think of any other filling for the filo shells with grape tomatoes sliced on top, that would be o.k. Maybe a spinach or collard filling? My sister suggested I make a spinach quiche. I wondered about a guacamole filling with (beans, onions and tomatoes)?? TOMATO TARTS tomato tart filling: 1/2 cup mayonaise 1/2 cup extra-sharp Cheddar Cheese dried basil and dried chives to taste 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese -Mix all ingredients together and fill small filo shells. Once tarts have been filled, cut a grape tomato in half and place on top of the tart. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
