my son turns 13 next monday and I am looking for a yummy cake recipe we use to live near a vegan bakery but have moved and now I need to do it on my own(yikes). He doesn't like nuts or fruit like carrot cake but loves chocolate, vanilla, peanut butter- I use to get him a chocolate peanut butter mousse cake and he loved it- no idea how to make...if you have something like that great or any other ideas I'd appreciate it. blessings-m
