Thanks for the info! I have seen Goya in our stores and will check it out! I am going to pull up the website you mentioned too. It makes me mad that there are no health food stores close to me or large groceries stores. When I was in Chicago over Thanksgiving we went to a Whole Foods! Love that store! The seitan selection was unreal! One of my favorite foods! Well....I am now heading over to clnf.org! Thanks again Chef Deb!
