Thanks! I will try it! One of my sisters is going to try a vegan diet. This will be a first for her! I am so happy she is going to do this. She loves cottage cheese and I wanted to find a recipe that I can make for her that is not dairy! I have used tofu in place of ricotta but never tried to dup cottage cheese! I am excited to try this!
