Subject:	Baking cakes in a rice cooker

Hi Deb,
I visited a site that shows baking cakes and muffins in a rice cooker.

Have you tried this, and do you have any recipes to share? I recently acquired a basic rice cooker (two buttons - cook and warm). So far, I have made quoina. Apparently, the rice cooker is cheaper (energy wise) to cook/bake in versus the stove-top or oven.
