Add salt to the cooking water of almost anything. A lot of the salty flavor will be lost in the cooking, but the sodium will remain. --- If food tastes too salty, add a sliced raw potato, and cook awhile longer. It will absorb some of the salty taste, but not the actual salt. --- Salted nuts are easy to eat. --- You can give her salt tablets.
