Add salt to the cooking water of almost anything.
A lot of the salty flavor will be lost in the cooking,
but the sodium will remain.

If food tastes too salty, add a sliced raw potato,
and cook awhile longer. It will absorb some of
the salty taste, but not the actual salt.

Salted nuts are easy to eat.

You can give her salt tablets.
