I am cooking for a stroke patient who is becoming vegan. He has a sensitive stomach and can't have spices. Also can't have leafy greens because he's still on coumadin. I have been cooking simple things like mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes, corn, green beans but its starting do get pretty much the same thing over and over again. Any ideas welcome! Thank you!
