Hi - I'm pretty happy with how these turned out. I used what I had around, so it was all garbanzo beans, and for the wheat gluten, I just pulverized some generic rice chex-like cereal.

They did turn out a bit 'bread-y' for me, so I was thinking tiny pieces of sundried tomatoes mixed in would be very tasty.

And, I want to try baking them in spaghetti sauce, to see if the sauce bakes / seeps in. This might make them fall apart, but it'd be tasty!
