I just watched No Reservations Romania and they had a Romanian Cabbage Soup on there that looked delicious. I have looked up some recipes for this and I can veg*nize them except for the bacon....not sure what to use in place of it. Vegan Ham or Seitan? Or maybe just some Goya Ham seasoning?
