Yves Meatless Ground is great stuff. Try it in tacos, 'meat' pies, and on spaghetti! I like ALL the Yves products that I have tried. :) --- Brown rice is ideal for crockpotting, as it can stand up to long cooking times. --- I recommend that to use dried beans in crockpot, first rinse, soak, drain, and parboil them (15 mins) for best results, then transfer them to the crockpot for rest of cooking. (It may seem like too much bother, but you may thank me later!)
