well...I think I would add a little bit at a time and mix as you go until you have a consistency that would hold together. I would stir in dry oatmeal, or add crushed cereal after mashing the beans, or mash rice in with the beans. Just suggestions because I have never made them. Would like to! Sound good. I would also try baking before frying. I am not a fan of frying. Let me know how they turn out! If I think of anything else I will let you know. Good Luck!!
