Veggie "Ham" or "Turkey" 3 packages veg'n "turkey" or "ham" slices --(LightLife, Yves, Tofurkey, etc) 4 cups water 4 tsps veg'n "chicken" bouillon powder 2 tsps veg'n "beef" bouillon powder 5 tsps cornstarch Few dashes poultry seasoning In a large saucepan, put water and bouillons. Bring just to boil. Add "turkey" or "ham" slices. When broth boils again, turn down to medium simmer. Simmer, covered, 8 - 10 minutes. Remove slices, and set aside. In a cup, mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water, and add this to the simmering broth, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and becomes translucent. Return slices to broth-gravy. Season lightly with poultry seasoning. Serve immediately over stuffing, potatoes, or whatever you like.
