If you eat dairy and/or eggs, those can be very efficient ways to add calories. Nuts, avocados, and fruits are also usually high-calorie foods, and have the benefits of antioxidants, vitamins, etc. Fruit juices are concentrated sources of calories. If you find yourself losing too much weight, add more of these at meals and as snacks.
