General Tips: Eat salads with oil-and-vinegar dressings. Eat avocados regularly. Use mayo on sandwiches. Eat a handful of nuts every day. Use nut butters liberally on bread. --- Mix peanut butter with hot water, add garlic and a dash of soy sauce, and use this as a sauce over noodles. --- Pan-fry raw or cooked sliced potatoes in your favorite cooking oil. Add some fried onions. Season with salt and pepper, and serve as a side dish.
