Subject:         help - need soy free, nut free, high protein travel food

Hi,
I can no longer eat soy or nuts, but I still need food for hiking or travelling. Any ideas? I found some oatmeal breakfast bars (bbcookies.com) by Erin Baker that are oatmeal based. (But I'd like to have something I can make myself.)

Also, anything high in oxalates is not OK.
