As for the water, just add a little, maybe a
tablespoon, so all of it can turn into steam which
will heat the rice without making it mushy, but you
will need to have a lid on for this to work well. On
low heat, I usually give the pot about thirty minutes
to reheat the rice, and it always comes out fine.
