Subject:	Reheating Rice

Chef Deb, pleae advise as to the best way to reheat cooked rice. I don't use microwaves. The oven doesn't work. And it always gets burned up when I try a saucepan. Momma suggested a double boiler--what do you think about that? Thanks.
