Four slices of this provides plenty of calories: Slice of Low-Sodium, Food for Life, Ezekiel bread, toasted, spread with 1/8 of an hass avocado, mashed, and 1 Tbsp of the jam. Top with one-half ripe medium banana, sliced. I like this with a strong cup of Teeccino.
