I used to have a really simple recipe for chocolate-covered coconut balls, vegan version. It was confectioners sugar, margarine, coconut, but im just not sure if it included soymilk or not.. does anyone have that recipe? you used those ingredients to make the balls, which you dipped in chocolate.
