A simple, easy way to add more whole grain
to your cooking is to use your usual flour
recipes, but substitute WHITE WHEAT FLOUR
for the white flour. White wheat flour is
a whole-grain wheat flour made from a lighter-
colored wheat (white wheat, rather than the
more common red wheat). Do not confuse this
white wheat flour with regular white flour.
I know it can be confusing, but once you find
it you will understand! :)

King Arthur Flour makes an excellent white
wheat flour, and some supermarkets have a
generic version. Read the labels to make
sure that you are getting the whole-grain
white wheat flour.
