Subject:         whole grain recipes

I've been working with a fitness coach, who has added whole grains to my food plan. She told me to eat wheat berries, spelt berries, rye berries...things like that. Any interesting sugar-free recipes for these? How long should I cook them (with how much water)? I really know nothing about them. I went to the natural food store and bought a little of each of them...now to experiment!
