Subject:         Eggplant Parmesan

I am thinking of making Eggplant parmesan for our Christmas Eve party but I don't have a recipe. I want to bake the slices before assembling instead of frying and do not know what to use for filling and sauce. Any recipes would be greatly appreciated!
