If possible, use a plate with a bit of a side
rather than completely flat, or food might fall off.
A shallow bowl, for instance. Some steam will fall
into the bowl, but shouldn't be too much.
Be sure the water doesn't boil away before the
food is hot, or the pan might scorch.
Cover the wok, or the food won't get enough
steam all around it.
The hardest part can be removing the plate/bowl
from the steamer. Be very careful!
