Try Chinese/Japanese/Asian supermarkets. they have many good curry powders, as curry is a popular flavor in China and Japan. Hispanic and many other ethnic markets also have curry powders, often in the Jamaican section.

Of course, the largest assortment of curry powders is at Indian stores, even though many Indian cooks mix their own spice mixtures.
