Frozen No-Bake Cheezecake

1 cup natural sugar
1 box (12 - 14 oz) extra-firm silken Tofu
8 oz Better Than Cream Cheese
1/4 cup lemon juice & pulp
1 baked pie crust
Vegan whipped topping

Sift sugar to make it superfine.
In processor, put Tofu and Better Than Cream
Blend until creamy.
Add sugar and lemon, and blend again until just
Pour into crust.
Put Pie into freezer
, and freeze for 4 hours or
until very firm.
Just before serving, top pie with whipped topping.

(Alternatively, you can top the pie with the
whipped topping,
then freeze both the topping and the pie.)
