Deb,
you gave me a recipe a few years ago for a delicious freezer cheesecake and I can't seem to find it anywhere, might you still have it handy??? It was very simple, only had tofu, cream cheese, sugar, etc...
My holidays would be a lot brighter if I had cheesecake :) thanks in advance!
