Hi there,
I thought I hated kale, and I might still, the jury is still out. However, at Fresh Fields the other day, I decided to try their "raw kale salad" at the salad bar. It was pretty good! It was finely chopped kale, with a sort of garlicy dressing. It kind of tasted like parsley. Do you have any similar things I could try and make at home? Do you think the kale was actually raw, or is is shocked first?
