I went to Whole Foods / Austin yesterday and bought some yumminess at the RAW GREEN Bar. I got THE MOST delicious "tuna" and "turkey" to take back home. Today we ate it for lunch!!! WE LOVED IT and I really want to make it at home. Does anyone know how Whole Foods makes this amazing dish? It's all raw made with nuts, tastes just like tuna! OH! and they also had a Turkeyless Turkey Ball, it too was amazing. Don't know when I'll be going back to Austin and I don't think I can wait that long! :o)))) Anyone?
