Wonton wrappers or gyoza wrappers make ravioli very easy to make. For each ravioli (raviolus?) use two square or round wrappers with a small ball of filling between them. Moisten with cornstarch paste, and press firmly. Simmer in water, or steam over water until done. Don't overcook. Try using meatless meetballs, whole or cut in half, as filling. Meatless sausages are another great filling.
