Chestnut Milk 3 cups water 1 cup cooked, peeled chestnuts (no shell, no skin) Few grains salt (opt) Dash of vanilla or almond extract Sweetener to taste (opt) Put all in blender. Blend very well. Strain. Bottle and refrigerate. --- For interesting and tasty variations, use rice milk or almond milk instead of water!
