Ok, I don't have any specific recipes but I do have a few suggestions. First - be careful not to eat to many at once. I've made this mistake myself with very unpleasant results. Second - they don't store well, unfortunately. I've tried several different methods with so so results. The best results I got where with the green bags but don't put them in the fridge. Also, cool cellar tempature helps. Third - if you can get all the crevices clean, they are really delicious roasted whole on a cast iron skillet. But don't cook them to long or they just sort of dissappear. I hope this info helps. Can you tell i've grown them before? Oh, btw, they will keep coming back forever!
