Try this with any dark green veggies:

Japanese Wilted Green Salad

Pour boiling water over greens in a bowl.
Let stand until they are slightly wilted.
Wring out water.
Tear greens into medium-small bits
and put into serving bowl(s).
Add dressing (recipe follows).
Serve immediately, or chill, then serve.


Japanese Dressing for Wilted Greens

1 Tbs soy sauce or Bragg's Liquid Aminos
1 Tbs dark sesame oil
Few grains of stevia (optional)
1 tsp sesame seeds

Mix well, and drizzle over greens.

Makes 2 - 3 servings, depending on how much
you use on each serving (Stating the obvious?).
