I can have lots and lots of dark green veggies. Right now, no fruit or honey. Some oil is ok. Just used in moderation. Same with nuts. Beans, tofu, tempeh all ok. No rice or pasta. Spices are fine. Vinegar is, too. Whatcha got?! Thanks so much for your help!
