Subject:	Storing Rice?

I have a few different types of rices and I was wondering
since rice has a higher fat content than other grains; whats
the best way to store them so the fat does not become rancid?

I have been keeping in the the freezer in glass mason jars and
was wondering if this is the best way to store rice. I don't
eat a lot of rice but I want to have it in case but I don't
want it to go rancid.
