I got this from a M.D. who was giving a lecture on healthful vegetarian eating. He said it was his favorite jam (no sugar added); I tried it, and it's my favorite too.

This works best in a power blender like a BlendTec or Vitamix:

Dump a thawed 12-16 oz. bag of organic frozen raspberries, or your favorite, in blender jar.

Add enough dried pineapple or other dried fruit to thicken. It's OK if it's a little loose, as it will thicken in a few hours as the dried fruit absorbs the liquid.

Whiz. That's it. Keeps about a week in the fridge.
