Hi. I've made this, and I liked it. You could do the 'fillings' separately and then fold them into this. I think it would turn out well.

Faux Egg

1 box firm silken tofu
1/4 cup flour
Soymilk as needed
1/8 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 Tbs nutritional yeast
1/8 tsp salt
Dash white pepper
1/8 tsp black salt (from Indian grocery)

Put all in blender, adding a small amount of
to get a very thick batter (start with 2 Tbs, add
more if needed).
Pour into a greased 9" square baking pan.
Bake at 350 F for about 15 minutes, or until
desired degree of firmness.
